V$ Dollar is a virtual credit program for purchase of services and products offered by Complete VMS. 

When redeeming V$ Dollar for services or products in Complete VMS, the rate of V$1.00 is always equals to S$1.00. However when purchasing V$ Dollar, it will almost certain that it is lower than S$1.00

When you acquire V$ Dollar at lower than S$1.00, you are saving on the cost of services or products for your next purchase at Complete VMS. During special sale event, V$ Dollar can go as low as S$0.50 for V$1.00! That’s 50% savings!

You can redeem V$ Dollar on any services and products sold by Complete VMS. To name a few:

• Repairs and Maintenance
• Motor Insurance Premium
• Car Rental
• Car Accessories
• Car Grooming
• Partners’ products

We are constantly increasing the range of our services and number of products

3 years from the date of purchase. Not to worry if you cannot utilise your V Dollar Credit. They can be transferrable and we will offer redemption of petrol voucher of the same balance V Dollar amount on expiry date.

V$ Dollar are sold in block of V$300.00. There are no limits to purchase V$ Dollar on our regular block. However during special event, limits will be subjected to each event. 

Regular block are standard block available at all times. Regular block is sold at S$270.00 for V$300.00. There is no limit to the number of blocks you can purchase. 

Currently we send out quarterly email to update your V$ Dollar balance. You can also view your balance from an iPad in our customer waiting office by keying in your details. Our system will also automatically apply any balance V$ Dollar Credit during invoicing. A transactional email will be sent to your registered email after any changes to your V$ Dollar balance. 

In (Q1 2022), you will now be able to view your V$ Dollar balance on our VMS customer portal. If you are a current customer and wish to link your account to the VMS customer portal, please contact 64550012 to request a sign up link.
