Procedure stages

  1. You bought an auto insurance to cover your vehicle
  2. An unfortunate motor accident happened
  3. You are at fault or only your vehicle is damaged (e.g. lost control or fire or theft)
  4. Your auto insurance only allows you to claim your own damages at their authorized workshops (Authorized Workshop Plan)
  5. Your auto insurance allows you to claim your repairs at any workshops (Any Workshops Plan)
  6. You are NOT at fault and damages should be claimed against 3rd party vehicle’s insurance
  7. For all 3rd party claim, you can authorized Complete VMS for repairs and claim against 3rd party on your behalf
