On a clear evening, at approximately 7:35pm, our client was driving along the CTE/PIE towards the 8B Upper Serangoon slip road exit with normal traffic conditions. Suddenly, the driver of a black van, Veh B, crashed into the rear of our client's vehicle. During the collision, our client hit the vehicle in front of him, Veh C. Our client was sandwiched between the first and third vehicle.
