$76,102.00 for a Cat B (1600cc above) is something i thought i will not see. Thinking back 18 months ago, we were offered by Borneo Motors (Toyota) a brand new Camry 2.0 @ that price!
So theoretically if a resale Camry of that year would have made a profit now selling.

This just make the COE market trend faster than our SGX (over 700%).
From market survey, many industry players think that next year , the COE will move higher due to the reduction of quota. But hitting the 100k mark seems still a mystery to all.

Our prediction is that COE will peak at around Feb/Mar 2011 however the price will consolidate, after which hovering around 50 – 70k for the rest for the year.

So guys, if you are thinking of getting a car, do your math. Stop thinking about the year 2008/09 prices and just go for it.
